摘要
简述了公差设计、定性仿真及定性建模等方面的研究现状,并探讨了定性仿真在车身概念装配设计阶段的工程应用、定性装配的可行性分析与车身装配的定性公差分析描述。仿真系统对装配特征的物理参数进行了定性信息提取,通过定性分析确定装配过程偏差的主要影响因素。
The current status of research and development of tolerance design, qualitative simulation and qualitative modeling are briefly reviewed. The engineering application of qualitative simulation in auto-body conceptual assembly design phase, the feasibility analysis of qualitative assembly and the qualitative tolerance analysis of auto-body assembly are investigated for the first time. The simulation system extracts the qualitative information on physical parameters of assembly features, and determines key factors affecting deviation accumulation in assembly process by means of qualitative analysis.
