摘要
随着妇女社会地们的提高,从古代到近代妇女在图书馆工作中地位的也有所提高,但由于妇女自身的因素,妇女虽然在图书馆中的占据主体地位,但妇女科研、业务、知识水平等方面明显低于男性。分析了由于高校扩招、知识经济时代的到来等都对图书馆女性提出了新的挑战,以及面对这些挑战所采取应对措施。
Along with the increase of social position of women, the position of women in library work has also increase since ancient time, but due to women＇ s own factor, although women occupy a dominant position in library, the research, professional and knowledge level of women is significantly lower than the male. This paper has analyzed new challenges faced by women due to university enrollment expansion and the arrival of knowledge economic age, and put forward measures to face these new challenges.
