摘要
本文从性别、年龄、职称、职务、学历、进馆年限、馆型、地区8个维度,对当今图书馆员工作满意度现状作了较为系统的分析,以期为当代图书馆人力资源管理提供借鉴和参考。
The thesis introduces and analyzes the actuality of job satisfaction of contemporary librarians from the aspects of gender, age, job title, position, area and etc. It is hoped to supply reference to human resource management of contemporary libraries.
