摘要 目的:对接纳问卷(AAQ)进行修订及心理测量学分析。方法:经双向互译把英文版AAQ译成中文并适当修改,对166名中学教师施测,采用探索性因子分析对问卷的结构效度进行检验,计算α系数对问卷的内部一致性信度进行检验。结果:中文版接纳问卷包含14个项目,由接纳意愿、一贯性接纳行动和非一贯性接纳行动三个维度(分量表)构成。三个维度对总方差的解释率为53.74%,各维度的项目载荷在0.52~0.81之间。问卷内部一致性信度为0.82,接纳意愿分量表内部一致性信度为0.73,一贯性接纳行动分量表内部一致性信度为0.70,非一贯性接纳行动分量表内部一致性信度为0.76。结论:中文版接纳问卷具有较好的效度和信度。 The Chinese version of AAQ is developed through bilingual translation with several items revised, aiming at doing a psychometrical analysis on the validity and reliability of the present questionnaire. 166 middle school teachers responded to the scale. Exploratory factor analysis was applied as a data reduction method. Scale internal consistency was assessed in terms of Cronbach's a coefficient. The analysis shows that the Chinese version of AAQ consisted of 14 items. With principal component analysis, the 14 items grouped into three interpretable factors (Willingness, Persistent Action, Unpersistent Action), accounting for 53.74% of the total variance. The item loading for each item ranged from 0. 52 to 0. 81. Scale Cronbach's a coefficient is 0. 82. The Cronbach's a coefficients of subscales ranged from 0. 70 to 0. 76. Therefore, one can reach the conclusion that the Chinese version of AAQ in the present study has satisfying validity and reliability.
