摘要
阐述了尿素造粒塔的腐蚀机理;针对造粒塔外壁、内壁和塔底的腐蚀形态,分析了采用涂料、玻璃钢和玻璃鳞片胶泥等防腐蚀材料的性能指标和使用效果;通过对防腐材料构造和防护特点的对比,提出了防腐蚀衬里选材的相关建议。
Author has described the corrosive mechanism of urea prilling tower; analyzed the property" index and usage effect for anti-orrosive materials of adopted coating, FRP and glass flake mortar etc. in allusion to corrosion pattern of the outside wall, inside wall and the bottom of prilling tower, and proposed the relative suggestions for material selection of anti-corrosive lining through the comparison of structure of anti-corrosive material and protective features.
