摘要
作者在2.0T条件下,用标准头部线圈作为发射和接收线圈,用PRESS序列对健康人脑进行活体质子波谱临床研究,并以总肌酸为内标准计算其它代谢产物的绝对含量。在基底结区,NAA和Cho的绝对含量分别为15.113±2.160mmol和2.664±0.501mmol,作者认为本方法可以比较准确地估算代谢产物的绝对含量,具有较大的临床意义。
he ability of absolute quantification of major metabolite concentrations in the adult human brain in vivo by 1H MRS using total creatine as an endogenous standard was tested. The study was performed at 2.0T with use of standard head coil and PRESS sequence. Calculated average concentrations of NAA and Cho in the ganglion region of the brain in 18 healthy volunteers were 15.113± 2.160 mmol and 2.664±0.501mmol. The results indicate that the method presented offers resonable estimation of metabolite concentrations in the brain in vivo and therefore is useful in clinical research.
