应激致高血压大鼠神经核团c-fos蛋白表达及细胞凋亡的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨应激性高血压大鼠发病中血管紧张素II(AII)的作用,通过足底电击结合噪声刺激制备了应激性高血压大鼠,对急性应激大鼠不同时间血浆中的AII含量进行了测定.结果表明:应激刺激导致的高血压与血浆AII浓度增加有关,并与c-fos蛋白表达和细胞凋亡有关.中枢缰核、下丘脑外侧核、杏仁中央核、岛叶神经元等参与了此过程.  By giving electric-stock and yawp stimulation to produce stressal hypertension rat.To mensurate the concentration of angiotensin-Ⅱ(AⅡ) in plasm in several period of time after being stress stimulated.Concentration of AⅡ in plasm is the highest at two hours after being stimulated.The concentration of AⅡ is(166.6±41.5) pg/mL before being stressed and the concentration of AⅡ is(415.2±59.2) pg/mL at two hours after being stressed(and this is the tiptop concentration among eight hours stressed).After anxious stressed many nerve cell groups that having regulation action on cardiovascular activities of rat appears c-fos protein expression.So does pituitary gland.The c-fos protein expression separately is 22.3%±6.7% in habenula,42.6%±10.8% in lateral hypothalamus area,33.5%±9.8% in central amygdala,18.2%±6.5% in insular cortex and 12.6%±4.1% in pituitary gland.TUNL experiment validate that apoptosis appear in habenula,in lateral hypothalamus area,in central amygdala,and in insular cortex of rat that being stressed for 15 days.PI experiment determine that neurons occur apoptosis in habenula,in lateral hypothalamus area,in central amygdala,and in insular cortex.Quantities separately is 16.59%±2.16%,19.45%±2.98%,16.56%±3.05% and1 0.39%±2.17%.
