分散剂对蛇纹石在乙醇中分散性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 通过对高能球磨法制备的超细蛇纹石Zeta电位的测量,选用不同分散剂,分别研究了不同超声时间和分散剂加入量条件下,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、油酸(OA)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和三乙醇胺(TEA)4种分散剂对蛇纹石粉体在无水乙醇中分散性能的影响。并对PVP作用的蛇纹石粉体进行了红外表征。研究结果表明,粉体的分散效果随着超声时间和表面活性剂加入量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势;不同分散剂分散效果从高到低顺序依次为PVP,油酸,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,三乙醇胺。最佳分散工艺为:pH=10,PVP质量分数2.5%,超声功率560W,超声时间43min。 Based on Zeta value measurement of the ultra-fine serpentine powders prepared by high-energy ball milling, selecting different dispersants such as PVP, Oleic acid, SDBS and Triethanolamine (TEA), the influences of supersonic dispersing time and surfactant concentration on the dispersion properties of the serpentine powders in the alcohol solvent were studied. The results show that with the increase of ultrasonic dispersing time and the concentration of different surfactants, the dispersion property of the suspension increases, then decreases again after arrived a maximum. The effect of four kinds surfactants using in the experiment on the dispersion property decreases according to this order: PVP, Oleic acid, SDBS, TEA. The optimum dispersion condition was proposed as follows : the alcohol solvent pH value equals to 10,2. 5% PVP with 43 min ultrasonic dispersing time and 560 W ultrasonic power.
