摘要
用荧光法研究了黄芩甙、芸香甙、苦杏仁甙、丹皮酚和百里香酚对Fenton反应生成的·OH的清除作用。结果表明,以上化合物的清除作用均强于·OH特异性清除剂甘露醇(EC50=6.7mmol/L),以黄芩甙、芸香甙的清除作用特别显著,其EC50分别为0.039mmol/L和0.069mmol/L,根据清除剂对荧光的抑制,推导了清除剂与·OH反应的速率常数。
The scavenging effects of baicalin,rutin, amygdalin, paeonol and thymol on. OH produced by Fenton reaction were studied using fluorescence spectrophotometry. The results showed thatthe scavenging effects of these compounds were allmore effective than those of mannitol, a specific.OH scavenger (EC50= 6. 7 mmol/L). Baicalin andrutin were found to significantly scavenge the. OHwith EC50 of 0. 036 mmol/L and 0. 068 mmol/L, respectively. Rate constants for reaction of the scavengers with.
