论述了国家基本药物的概念,制订国家基本药物目录的背景、目的和意义,介绍了我国制订国家基本药物目录的具体措施,基本药物的遴选原则、工作程序、技术规范,以及基本药物的调整原则。
The selection and management work of basic drugs is carried out by use of optimized principles , working procedures and technologies, in order to provide clinical guidance on scientific and regularly readjused footing, avoid excessive prescriptions , use expensive drugs where they are really needed, maximize the benefits and minimize the waste of medical supplies.
