摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,利用现代信息网络进行商务活动的电子商务已经成为全球性创新的经济运行方式。然而,随着电子商务的发展,各国文化在网络贸易信息中渗透和冲突也越来越频繁。本文基于霍夫斯德(Hofst-ede)文化价值理念,对电子商务信息中的个人主义与集体主义、不确定性因素的回避程度等跨文化因素进行比较分析,以期为从事电子商务或电子商务的企业提供参考和服务,实现有效的跨文化电子商务交际。
With the development of economic globalization, E- commerce that utilizing modern information network has become a unique international trade model. However, along with the development of E - commerce, cultural penetration and conflicts among different countries have been increasingly frequent. This paper, based on the Hofstede's cultural values, analysed the intercultural factor in the e-commerce information from the perspectives of individualism, collectivism and uncertainty avoidance, so as to provide reference and service for the enterprises engaged in international e-commerce, and help them to achieve effective intercultural E - commerce communication.
