摘要
新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》确认了学生申诉这一校内权利救济制度。高校与学生之间的法律关系是这一制度建立的基础。学生申诉制度的建立同时也对高等学校管理工作提出了新的要求。
＂The Amendment of the Regulations for College Students＂ confirms that an appeal system of college students, a legal remedy system is established. The establishment of the system is based on the legal relationship between universities and college students, thus a new demand on how to relatively administer universities is expected as well.
