摘要
经济可持续发展与生态环境建设密切相关,生态效益型的经济是当前经济发展的最佳模式,生态经济要旨在于经济发展要与生态环境相协调。根据福建经济发展现状与海峡西岸经济区的建设目标,提出农村发展生态经济的几点思考:生态建设必须基于规模生产;区域优势要转化为市场优势;发展山地生态经济要保育与富民并举;建立生态补偿机制是发展生态经济的关键。解决这些问题对发展农村生态经济至关重要的。
The sustainable development of economy is closely related to constructing eco-environment, the eco-economy is the best mode of economic development. The core of the eco-economy requires a harmony between economic development and ecoenvironment. According to the current situation of economic development in Fujian Province and construction target of the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits, some ideas about development of eco-economy in the rural area are put forward： constructing eco-environment based on the scale production; transforming regional advantage into market advantage; employing both protection and production in the mountain exploitation; establishing the mechanism of ecological compensation as a key to developing eco-economy.
