摘要
本文研究了跨国公司地区总部集聚与国际金融中心演进的协同效应,对前人已有的理论成果进行了初步综述。本文认为当前上海加速发展国际金融中心,大力建设发展总部经济,就必须切实把握总部经济的实质内涵,积极吸引跨国公司设立地区总部,制定国际金融中心演进的长远战略目标。
Multinational Corporations tend to be establishing Regional Headquarters, which expect to become a management center in the region. Only a few scholars have carried on RHQs research with International Finance Center research at present. In this paper, the author focuses on a comparatively deep research to the theories about MNCs setting up RHQs and also has carried on the preliminary survey to forefathers＇ existing theory achievement. Thus the author have analyzed the current situation to the RHQs ＇ appeal of Shanghai and draw the conclusion that Shanghai builds economy of general headquarters at present must hold the essence intension of the economy of general headquarters conscien- tiously and make the whole strategic International Finance Centre objective of the long- term visual angle.
