摘要
为了观察全营养混合液（TNA）对早产儿血清渗透压的影响，按6ml／kg·h的速度给早产儿静脉输入TNA液，测定输注前及输注过程中的血钠、血糖、BUN和血清渗透压，并计算渗透压间隙（OG）。结果显示输注前及输注过程中血清渗透压，OG及血糖无显著性差异，提示TNA液在一定速度内输注对早产儿血渗透压及血糖无明显影响。
Twenty premature infants were infused with total nutrient admixture (TNA) via vein at the rate of 6ml/kg. h. blood sodium, serum glucose, BUN and serum osmotic pressure were measured before and during TNA infusion. Osmole gap (OG) was calculated. The results showed that there was no significance difference in serum osmotic pressure, OG and serum glucose between before and during TNA infusion. The results indicate that TNA infusion at a suitable rate has no effect on serum osmotic.pressure and serurn glucose of premature in fants
