摘要
1985年4月至1992年3月,20例患者经中心静脉用全营养混合液行长期肠外营养治疗共6349天,每例行肠外营养83～2220天,平均322天。患者年龄17～86岁;共置上腔静脉导管60根,每根导管的静脉留置时间为1～18个月,平均为3.6个月;导管性感染的发生率为每537个留管发生1次。本文介绍了长期肠外营养的实施方法和并发症的预防。
Between April 1985 and March 1992, 20 cases with ages ranging from 17 to 86 years who required long--term parenteral nutrition received a total of 6439 days of intravenous infusion of total nutrient admixture solution via central wenous catheter, each patient had received perenteral nutrition for a mean period of 332 days(range, 183～2220days). Total 60 catheters were used for intravenous infusion in 20 cases were inserted to superior vena cava, and kept from 1 to 18 months with a average of 3.6 months. The sepsis related with indewelling Intravenous catheter had appeared one time for 537 days of parenteral nutrition. The performance of long--term parentera nutrition and prevention of its complications were discussed.
