摘要
目的通过对60名鞍山地区孕妇铅暴露预防的健康教育,达到增强对环境铅的防范意识。方法对辽宁省鞍山市铁西区妇幼保健院建卡的25至45岁的60名孕妇进行铅污染认知以及预防的健康教育。结果宣教后绝大多数的孕妇及其配偶对铅有了一定的认识,并初步了解了铅的来源、危害以及预防的措施。结论目前孕妇对铅污染的认知及防范意识较差,特别是孕妇对怀孕期间血铅对胎儿的影响,所知更少,这是个急需解决的社会问题。
Objective The health education which was conducted to 60 pregnant women in Anshan area on lead exposition prevention is to enhance of the awareness of lead guard environment. Methods Health Education on lead exposition to 60 pregnant women aged from 25 to 45,who have registered in Tiexi Women＇s and Children＇s Dispensary of Anshan City to enhance the lead pollution cognition as well as prevention consciousness. Results The overwhelming majority pregnant women and their the spouses had gained certain understanding of the lead,and have had some idea of lead origin harm as well as prevention measure.Conclusions At present,pregnant woman lacks the understanding of lead pollution and its prevention,especially the pregnant women know less about the influence of blood lead on their embryro,which is still a very serious problem and needs urgent solution.
