摘要
应用傅立叶变换近红外漫反射光谱仪(NIRS)对植烟土壤样品中全氮、有机质含量进行检测,通过应用化学计量学方法,建立近红外光谱与土壤样品中全氮、有机质含量间关系的数学模型。结果表明:所建模型稳定性好,NIRS法测定的结果与化学方法测试结果相吻合,可应用傅立叶变换近红外漫反射光谱仪来快速预测植烟土壤样品中的全氮和有机质含量。
Near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) was used to analyze the chemical components of total nitrogen and organic matters in tobacco planting soils. The math models of NIRS and the chemical components of total nitrogen and organic matter contents in tobacco planting soils were established with stoichiometry method. The experiment results showed that the math models of total nitrogen and organic matters were steady. There was no significant difference between the predicted data and the actual data, which indicated that the NIRS could be applied to identify the contents of total nitrogen and organic matters in tobacco planting soils.
