摘要
试验以鸡大肠杆菌为研究对象,通过试管二倍稀释法和平皿法相结合,测定了板蓝根的最小抑菌浓度为1∶4;通过人工感染鸡大肠杆菌病后以板蓝根来治疗,结果1∶4浓度可以起到90%以上的保护。结果表明:板蓝根可以有效的治疗鸡大肠杆菌病。
The experiment taken Escherichia coli in chicken as the research object. It was detected that the minimum bacteria inhibition concentration of Isatis indigotica was 1：4 using the combination of tube two fold dilution method and plate method. Isatis indigotica was used to cure the artificial infected colibacillosis in chicken. Result showed that the concentration of 1：4 could play the role of over 90 % protection. Isatis indigotica was effective in treatment of chicken colibacillosis.
