摘要
高校科技服务过程中遇到的障碍主要有：管理体制不健全、运行机制有缺陷、收益分配矛盾大和知识产权保护不力等；其深层次的原因主要有：高校科技服务的管理机制、运行机制、激励机制和约束机构不协调，没有体现出贡献大报酬多的分配原则。
The main snags collegiate S&T service encounters include that management mechanism is not sound;operational mechanism has shortcomings;profit distribution has many disputes;and the protection of intellectual property right has not been strengthened.The deep causes of the snags include that management mechanism,operational mechanism,motivation mechanism and governing mechanism do not coordinate;the distributing principles of more rewards to more conotributions has not been applied and the environment of market economy is not perfect and so on.
