摘要
加速高校科技服务的健康发展，必须根据科技服务的产业化特征，按照产业化管理办法理顺管理体制，应当尽快建立和健全高校科技服务的决策机制、竞争机制、激励机制、协调机制、考核机制、约束机制、风险机制和成果对接机制，明确以科技成果为核心的经营战略，强化科技服务咨询工作。
In order to speed up the healthy development of collegiate S&T service management mechanism should be put in order according to the industrializational management way and character istics of S&T service;strategy-making mechanism,competition mechanism,motivation mechanism,coordination mechanism,assessment mechanism,governing mechanism,risk mechanism and achievement transfer mechanism be rapidly established and perfected;Management strategy with the core of S&T achievement be clarified;S&T service consultation be strengthened;Technical export trade be promoted.
