摘要
增强服务地方发展能力是当前宁波高校一项重大、紧迫、艰巨而持久的任务,对建设创新型城市、构建服务型教育体系、增强内在发展动力和高校谋求自身发展等具有重要的现实意义,宁波高校必须以建设统筹发展、注重特色、教学科研并进、规模质量并重的服务型高校为目标,加快推进高等教育"大众化"进程,大力培养适应城市发展的人力资源,持续提高宁波自主创新能力,不断加强产学研一体化,努力成为建设"文化大市"的主力军。
Enhancing the capacity to serve local economic development has been a long-demanding and hard task facing the universities in Ningbo. The capacity improvement will have a significant impact on constructing the new-type city and service-type educational systems, as well as increasing internal growth drive. The institutions of higher learning in Ningbo should aim at advancing with a balanced pace, maintaining its own characteristics, developing teaching and research in a parallel fashion and equally stressing growth scale and quality. To achieve this, it requires speeding up the progress of high learning popularization, training on large scale the personnel suitable for city modernization, and sustaining the city＂ s self-creativity and integration of production and learning as well as research. In other words, institutions of higher learning in Ningbo should work hard to become the main force of developing Ningbo into a ＂cultural cosmopolis＂ .
