摘要
中小科技企业发展战略的制定,是企业发展进程中必须认真面对的问题。其重要性是因为它代表着企业的核心竞争力参与市场竞争。它需要从人才、资金、管理、技术、产销、制度、结构、文化等多方面进行经营选择。由于高校中小科技企业发展依傍着高校的生长环境,企业的内涵包括内容更多,企业的先天优势和后天不足明显,因而更需特别重视。文章通过分析高校中小科技企业发展战略涉及的特殊点和困难点,围绕高校环境的特殊性进行讨论,为高校中小科技企业战略经营选择提出了参考建议。
Generally, establishing the development strategy of a medium-or small-size technological enterprise is always a problem that every enterprise must face. The reason for the importance is that it represents the enterprisers core competence on market participation. It needs to carry out prosecution selection from many aspects such as human resource, financing, management, technology, production and sale, system, structure, culture, etc. As the college- run medium-or small-size technological enterprises＇ developments depend on the college＇s growth environment, the enterprises＇ connotation covers more content and their congenital advantages and acquired defect are obvious, which should be paid more attention to. This paper analyses the specific points and difficulties of college- run medium-or small-size technological enterprises development strategies and discusses the college growth environment character istics and then puts forward some suggestions about college run medium-or small-size technological enterprises strategy selection.
