摘要
合理利用资本市场融资可以加快高校建设,实现高校跨越式发展。采用高校固定资产证券化这一创新融资方式进行高校建设发展融资,可有效盘活高校固定资产,解决高校发展急需的资金需求。在对采用资产证券化模式进行高校融资可行性分析的基础上,应从运作程序上予以规范。
Reasonable using of the capital market can quicken colleges and universities＇ construction and carry out surmounting-like development of universities. Securities of colleges and universities＇ fixed assets is adopted to carry on the construction development. The method can effectively live colleges universityies＇ fixed assets, and satisfy the urgent development requirements. On the basis of analyzing the feasibility of colleges and universities＇ financing, the operating process should be standardized.
