摘要
对化杀型杂种小麦与普通小麦叶片光合特性的比较研究表明,供试杂种小麦上部叶片倒3叶、旗叶一生中比普通小麦对照品种具有较高的叶绿素含量、净光合速率,RuBPcase活性和RuBPmse活性。杂种小麦叶片与对照相比在叶绿素含量缓降期(RSP)上优势较小,光合速率高值持续期(PAD)和RuBPcase含量则不具有优势。这表明,杂种小麦上部叶片一生中光合速率的提高受到RuBPcase含量的影响较小,而在很大程度上取决于RuBPcase活性尤其是该酶初始活性及初始比活性的提高。供试杂种较对照具有较高的RuBPoase活性说明,杂种小麦不仅具有较强的光合碳同化作用,而且光合产物的光呼吸消耗也较多。
The difference of photosynthetic characteristics between the wheat hybrids and cultivars was compared. The results showed that the third leaf from top and flag leaf of hybrids had higher value on chl, Pn, RuBPcase and RuBPoase activity. Compared with cultivars, the heterosis on relative steady phase of chlorophyll content(RSP)was little, and no heterosis was observed on leaf photosynthetic active duration(PAD)and RuBPcase content. The higher photo-synthetic rate of hybrid wheat may depond on the increase of the RuBPcase activity especially the RuBPcase initial activity and initial specific activity, and little influenced by the RuBPcase content. However, higher RuBPoase activity of hybrids indicated that hybrid wheat not only had higher photosynthetic carboxylatic effeciency, but also higher photorespiration consumption.
