摘要
随着人们对实体瘤的血管生成依赖性和血管生成过程的认识逐渐深入，通过抗血管生成来治疗实体瘤的治疗策略已成为现实。与传统的治疗策略不同，这一新策略是以肿瘤间质作为治疗的靶组织。抗血管生成治疗的实现还得助于成功合成了高效低毒的血管生成抑制剂。本文分析了这一治疗策略的基本理论、发展过程和应用前景。
Tumor growth is angiogenesis dependent.As the knowledge of angiogenesis accumulated,antiangiogenesis therapy of solid tumor is becoming practical reality.This therapeutic strategy is quite different from the traditional therapeutic strategies,because it is the interstitium of tumor to be the target of therapy.Potent angiogenesis inhibitors without obvious toxicities are necessary in the application of this strategy.The principal theories,development process and clinical applications of antiangiogenesis therapy are analyzed in this paper.
