摘要
为观察茶色素胶囊对大鼠半乳糖性白内障的影响,采用腹腔注射和饮用D-半乳糖水溶液,制作D-半乳糖性糖尿病白内障模型,以茶色素胶囊进行治疗。结果表明,茶色素不仅对半乳糖性白内障有明显的延缓作用,保持实验大鼠透明晶状体的百分率达30%,具有一定的治疗作用,可明显降低血糖,增加体重,增强红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活力(P<0.05或P<0.01),降低过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量(P<0.01),提示抗氧化、清除自由基是茶色素对抗D-半乳糖性白内障的部分作用机理。
The effects of Tea Pigment on Cataractogenesis induced by galactose were investigated.The model of D galactose cataracts with made by injecting and taking D galactose and treat with Tea Pigment.Results indicated that Tea pigment not only could reduce the rate of Calaractogenesis induced by galactose,keeping 30% lenses clear respectively,but also showed therapeutic effects,it could markedly reduce glucose,put on weight,inprove the activity of RBC Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),Glutathione Peroxidase(GSH Px),Catalase(CAT),Peroxidase(POD),(P<0.05,&P<0.01),reduce the Content of Lipid Proxidatin(LPO),(P<0.01).It showed that Tea Pigment could scavenge the supersession of Free Radicals,resist oxidation,which was the partly affect mechanism of Tea Pigment.
