摘要
为观察茶色素胶囊对大鼠半乳糖性白内障的影响，采用腹腔注射和饮用Ｄ－半乳糖水溶液，制作Ｄ－半乳糖性糖尿病白内障模型，以茶色素胶囊进行治疗。结果表明，茶色素不仅对半乳糖性白内障有明显的延缓作用，保持实验大鼠透明晶状体的百分率达３０％，具有一定的治疗作用，可明显降低血糖，增加体重，增强红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）、过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）、过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）的活力（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），降低过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）的含量（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示抗氧化、清除自由基是茶色素对抗Ｄ－半乳糖性白内障的部分作用机理。
The effects of Tea Pigment on Cataractogenesis induced by galactose were investigated.The model of D galactose cataracts with made by injecting and taking D galactose and treat with Tea Pigment.Results indicated that Tea pigment not only could reduce the rate of Calaractogenesis induced by galactose,keeping 30% lenses clear respectively,but also showed therapeutic effects,it could markedly reduce glucose,put on weight,inprove the activity of RBC Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),Glutathione Peroxidase(GSH Px),Catalase(CAT),Peroxidase(POD),(P<0.05,&P<0.01),reduce the Content of Lipid Proxidatin(LPO),(P<0.01).It showed that Tea Pigment could scavenge the supersession of Free Radicals,resist oxidation,which was the partly affect mechanism of Tea Pigment.
