摘要
职业教育"订单式"培养是一种新型的人才培养方式,由于可以实现技术院校教学改革的零距离对接,毕业生的零距离就业和零距离上岗,倍受青睐。但在"订单式"培养具体实施的过程中仍然存在一些问题亟待解决。文中在阐述"订单式"培养目的意义和基本环节的基础上,重点对实施中存在的问题进行了讨论和分析,对职业技术院校办学模式的改革和实施"订单式"培养具有一定的指导意义。
＂Order＂Education is one new talented person way in vocational education,in order to solve educational reform question and graduates＇ employment in technical colleges,it is favoured.But it still to have some problems await to be solved in concrete implementing＂Order＂education process. This paper emphasizes discussion and analysis question which existed to implemented process and elaborates the ＂Order＂education significance and in the basic process,which has instructional significance to the reform of vocational technical colleges＇s school pattern and the implementation of ＂Order＂education .
