摘要
自2005年6月至2006年6月,以不同的原料配方、不同的栽培方式,探讨了在粤北山区全年栽培巨大口蘑(Tri-choloma giganteum)的可行性,结果表明:采用简易的加温和通风方法,可实现全年栽培巨大口蘑,用小麦粒培养基制种可缩短生产周期,用新鲜稻草制作的菇条配方的栽培效果较佳。
The feasibility of planting Tricholoma giganteum in the northern part of Guangdong province all the year round was discussed by using different raw materials and different planting methods from June 2005 to June 2006. The results showed that Tricholoma giganteum could be planted all the year round with the method of increasing temperature and aeration. The productive period could be shortened by using wheat kernel as medium for seed production, and the best medium for growth was greenness straw.
