摘要
简析大学生创新素质的内涵,根据应用型人才的特点,认为:应用型本科院校学生创新素质的培养要更新教育观念,强化创新意识;深化教学改革,训练创新思维;营造创新氛围,激发创新精神;创新培养模式,磨砺创新个性;强化创新实践,培养创新能力。
With a brief discussion of the creativity of applied-type university students, proposals for training the students＇ creativity are proposed regarding the characteristics of practical talent. They include updating educational concept to enhance creative consciousness, deepening teaching reform to cultivate creative thinking, creating innovative atmosphere to foster creative spirit, innovating training model to develop creative personality, and strengthening innovation practices to improve the students＇ creativity.
