摘要
扶贫开发是坚持以人为本科学发展观的具体体现,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,是全面建设小康社会和建设社会主义新农村的一项重要任务。我国的扶贫开发工作取得了显著的成效,但也存在着突出的问题。泰国村庄基金是一个很成功的扶贫项目,"它山之石,可以攻玉"。
Poverty reduction reflects the spirit of human - oriented scientific development concept and constitutes an important part in building a harmonious society as well as a significant task in building a well - off society and socialist new countryside. There exist some prominent problems although China has made remarkable progress in reducing poverty. Village fund in Thailand is a successful project to alleviate poverty by making use of other people＇ s resources.
