摘要
目的:给临床应用提供安全有效、便捷宜行且能减少病人痛苦和危险的臂丛阻滞麻醉入路。方法:选择18具成人尸体,用游标卡尺、量角器和穿刺针等工具。由体表定位,解剖观测阻麻入路途径。所测数据均经统计学处理,求出其均数和标准差。结果:锁骨上路臂丛阻滞麻醉最佳入路点位于锁骨下动脉弓上方(活体上为手触及锁骨下动脉搏动点处上方)0.52±0.20cm处,进针向锁骨中点方向,且针杆内倾35~40°,前倾15~20°,进针深度2.67±0.46cm。此处臂丛3束位于腋动脉第一段外后侧,最为集中。结论:此点入路,阻滞麻醉效果好、易行、安全。
Objective:To seek a best approach for brachial plexues block.Methods:An anatomical observation was made on the brachial plexues of 18 adult human cadavers with the use of vernier callipers,protractor and puncture needle.Results:The best point of supraclavicular approach is found to be at 0.52±0.20 cm over the subclavian artery and then inclines gently 35 to 40° to the middle and from 15 to 20° forward,toward for a depth of 3 cm(2.67±0.46 cm) toward the middle point of clavicle.Conclusions:The brachial plexues is concentrated at this point.Blocking through this approach is safe,easy.
