目的通过分析胶体金快速检测技术,从而明确鼠疫快速检测技术的发展方向。方法通过现场应用和查阅文献的方法进行分析。结果鼠疫胶体金是一种敏感、特异、快速检测鼠疫的方法。结论鼠疫胶体金技术适用于基层和突发事件快速诊断鼠疫的新方法。
