摘要
目的 对系统性红斑狼疮和正常人进行抗核抗体 (ANA)、抗双链DNA(ds -DNA)和抗ENA抗体的测定。方法 采用间接免疫荧光法检测ANA ;采用胶体金技术检测抗ds -DNA ;采用免疫印迹技术检测抗ENA抗体。结果 ANA阳性率最高 (96 % ) ;抗ds -DNA阳性率较低 (5 4% )。SLE患者血清中存在多种自身抗体。结论 SLE患者自身抗体的测定对自身免疫性疾病的诊断和分型具有重要意义。
Objective To detect ANA,ds-DNA and anti-ENA antibody of SLE patients and control bodies.Methods ANA was detected by immunofluorescence assay,ds-DNA was detected by colloidal gold method,Anti-ENA antibody was detected by immunoblot method.Results The positive rate of ANA was the highest(96%).While the positive rate of ds-DNA was lover(54%).There were more than one autoantibodies in patient's serum with SLE.Conclusion Detection of autoantibodies in SLE was important to diagnosis and typing. 〔
