摘要
本文对广东省部分地区中学化学老师的科研基本情况进行调查了解,发现影响中学教师科研的主要因素是教师把科研与课堂教学分离、相关教育部门缺乏重视与支持、教师的教学任务繁重等,并就所存在的问题提出了一些解决的对策和建议。
This paper mainly makes a survey of chemistry teachers＇ education research in several middle schools of Guangdong Province. The main factors which have an influence on education research include different points as follows： it is entirely separated from classroom teaching, no importance and support are attached by corresponding educational institution .teachers cannot concentrate their energy on the research because of heavy teaching load and so forth, meanwhile some wise advice and effective approaches are given in this paper towards these existent problems worth exploring.
