B超导视下自凝刀射频消融术治疗子宫良性肿瘤的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨自凝刀射频消融治疗子宫良性肿瘤的疗效及并发症,山东省肿瘤医院采用自凝刀射频消融治疗子宫良性肿瘤78例,其中子宫肌瘤55例,子宫腺肌瘤23例。治疗后6个月复查,有效率98.7%(77/78),治愈率88.5%(69/78)。有效患者中,围月经期症状均明显改善。6例患者发生类人流综合征,1例发生宫颈管粘连合并感染,1例因术中持续出血改行子宫全切术。初步研究结果提示,应用自凝刀射频消融术治疗子宫良性肿瘤,可明显改善症状,具有操作简单、创伤小、并发症少、住院时间短等优点,同时能保留子宫,值得临床推广。 The objective of this study was to explore the effectiveness and complications of autocoagulative radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of benign uterine tumors. A total of 78 patients with benign uterine tumors were treated by autocoagulative radiofrequency ablation. Among the 78 patients, 55 patients had myomas of uterus, and 23 patients had ade-nomyoma. After six months of the therapy, the effective rate was 98.7% (77/78) and the cure rate was 88.5% (69/78). The symptoms of the perimenstrual period was obvioussly reduced. Six patients had alike-abortion syndrome, and 1 had cervical canals adhered and infected. Hysterectomy was performed in 1 case because of bleeding. In conclusion, the treatment of autocoagulative radiofrequency electrode vaporization can markedly relieve symptoms of patients with benign uterine tumors and has the advantages as follows., easy manipulation; minimal invasive surgery and preservation of uterus; less complications;shorter time in the hospital, etc. It is valuble to be extended in future practice.
