摘要
目的探讨彩超监视下自凝刀射频消融技术在子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法对笔者所在医院2011-05～08应用彩超监视下自凝刀射频消融技术治疗的69例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结疗效、并发症发生率、安全性等指标。结果术后随访6个月,69例中,治愈19例,显效24例,有效26例。所有患者均无明显手术并发症。结论彩超监视下自凝刀治疗子宫肌瘤方便、安全、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少,是治疗子宫肌瘤的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate effects and safety of radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of ultrasound in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methos Retrospective analysis of 69 hysteromyoma patients underwent radiofrequency ablation treatment under the guidance of ultrasound was taken, so as to investigate the security,efficient, and complications. Results After treatment, 19 hysteromyoma patients were cured completely, 24 got excellent response, 26 were of response, with an overall effective rate of 100%, and no significant complications were found. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of ultrasound is a security and efficient method in treatment of hysteromyoma, it is easy to operate, with light trauma, and recovery quickly.
