摘要
在农区发展过程中,由于资源利用、乡村工业的发展等原因,在农业生产过程中产生大气环境污染、污水横流、水土流失、土壤退化等问题,使农业生产和农区经济发展不可持续。为促进农区经济合理、可持续发展,必须严格控制人口,确立资源消耗低的产业结构,建设资源节约型经济体系;提高农业科技水平,积极发展生态农业;建立农区环境保护的有效机制;加强行政管理,提高对环境的监测能力,促进资源的合理利用,保护环境。
In the process of rural area development, due to the over exploitation of resource and the development of rural industry, the problem such as environmental pollution, foul water flowing over, loss of soil and water, and soil degradation made agricultural production and rural development unsostainable. To improve the level of rural economy management and make rural economy reasonable and sustainable development, some methode were proposed, for example, to strictly control population, establish the industry structure with low consumption of resource, construct resource-saving economy system, improve agriculture science and technology level, develop eco-agriculture actively, strengthen the public management and build the effective mechanism of environment protection, improve the ability of environment monitoring.
