摘要
土地闲置,是当前各地普遍存在的1个突出问题,解决好这个问题,对于充分利用有限的资源,搞好经济建设和社会建设、保障民生至关重要。就土地闲置内涵和认定进行了界定,客观分析闲置土地的现状,论述解决土地闲置问题的重要性,依据相关法规提出了解决土地闲置问题的建议。
Idle land is a common outstanding problem in recent years.It is very important for making full use of limited resources,doing well in the economic and social construction,and guaranteeing livelihood that solving the situation of idle land.The connotation and assert of idle land are introduced.The status of idle land is analyzed.The importance of solving the idle land is discussed.The solution countermeasures are put forward based on the related regulations.
