摘要
目标定向在组织领域的研究已成为当今学术界的研究热点。对近年来国内外目标定向在领导领域的研究进行了综述。首先对目标定向的相关概念进行概述,归纳和总结了目标定向在"领导者视角"、领导——成员交换中的研究,以及他们对工作绩效的影响,最后提出现有研究的现实意义并对未来的研究作了展望。
Goal orientation has become the focus in the organization research. The primary purpose of this paper was to review the recent literature on the application of goal orientation theo~ to leadership domain. The concepts of goal orientation were briefly introduced at first; then individual's goal orientation in the leader-focused, leader-member exchange research and their effects cance and future prospects of the on the job performance were concluded and summarized; finally, the practical signifi- research on goal orientation in leadership domain were presented.
