摘要
高等教育在大众化背景下,毕业生就业工作呈现市场化特征,营销战略已运用其中。根据大学生就业与孙子兵法的相同切合点,笔者提出了若干孙子兵法思想在大学生就业营销策略中的应用,对当前的高校毕业生就业工作具有一定的参考价值。
Under the circumstances of popularity of higher education,university graduates have to meet the demands of market and the promotion strategy has been involved in such activity.By comparing the similarities in university students' hunting for job and The Art of War,this paper proposes some suggestions on the application of the ideas of The Art of War in hunting for job,which is helpful for university graduates.
