摘要
认为情报学和情报工作中intelligence属性的缺失以及情报实践与情报学科的背离,是造成企业信息资源工作现实困境的原因,并阐述企业信息资源工作困境的现实表现。分析Intelligence内涵下对企业信息资源工作的合理定位,认为企业信息资源工作与IRM理论的基本思想相吻合,并通过内容的延伸和交叉,来扩大企业信息资源工作的范畴和构建业务架构,进而提出Intelligence内涵下企业信息资源工作的基本思路。
The paper thinks that the intelligence loss in information science and information service,as well as the deviation of information discipline and practice,are the reasons that cause the realistic predicament in enterprise IRM.Meanwhile,the paper points out its display forms. The paper also considers the reasonably position of enterprise IRM under intelligence meaning and thinks that enterprises＇information resources related practices somehow accord with IRM theory.Through the contents extension and cross,enterprise can enlarge the range of IRM and draft its frame,so as to propose a basic thought on IRM under the Intelligence meaning.
