摘要
针对高校扩招后出现的大学生就业难的局面，从劳动力市场对大学生英语能力的需求出发，结合地域性经济发展和医学院校区域性布局、医学院校发展中的层次和结构、毕业生的就业观念等方面进行了分析，对如何改进大学英语教学提出了自己的观点。
In view of the increasingly tough employment situation for college graduates enrolled under the college recruitment expansion and labor market＇ s demands for their English competence, this paper analyzes regional economic development, regional distribution, development level and structure of medical colleges and universities as well as college graduates＇ conception of employment. Then it raises some tentative ideas of improving college English teaching.
