洗泌泰溶液在人工气道护理中的应用

摘要 [目的]探讨应用洗泌泰溶液在气管套管或导管气囊上进行冲洗的效果。[方法]每小时用0.02%洗泌泰溶液从气管套管或导管引流管冲洗并回抽引流。[结果]76例患者的下呼吸道中未培养出链球菌属、流感嗜血菌、铜绿假单胞菌、不动杆菌属和葡萄球菌等与VAP发生有关的细菌。[结论]应用洗泌泰溶液进行气管套管或导管气囊上冲洗能有效地预防VAP发生。
