摘要
采用活性炭吸附、甲醇洗脱、高效液相色谱分离方法从灰绿拟青霉U—2发酵液中提取获得一种脂溶性杀蚜活性组分，暂名为组分A，为淡黄色棒杆状结晶．通过乙酸乙脂反复萃取证明发酵液中有水溶性杀蚜活性成分存在，但暂未获得纯品．
A fat soluble aphis-killing substance, named component A for time being, which is yellowish rod-shaped crystal, was separated and purified out from the fermentation liquid of Paecilomyces griseoviride U-2 strain by using methods of activated carbon adsorption,methyl alcohol washing and high performance liquid chromatography.It is testified that there is water soluble aphis-killing component in fermentation liquid by repeated extraction with acetic ester, but so far the water soluble component has not been purified.
