A Review on the Synthesis of Pantoprazole Sodium

摘要 泮托拉唑钠是全球第三个上市的H+,K+-ATP酶抑制剂,主用于胃溃疡系统疾病的治疗,近年来,国外对其化学合成研究较多,本文对其中五条具有工业化参考价值的合成路线进行评述。 Pantoprazole sodium is the third launched of the H^+ -K^+ -ATPase inhibitor in the world, which is mainly used for ulcer disease treatment. In recent years, more and more investigations on the synthesis of pantoprazole sodium has been reported on abroad,among these, Five industrialization synthetic routes are reviewed.
