泮托拉唑钠是全球第三个上市的H+,K+-ATP酶抑制剂,主用于胃溃疡系统疾病的治疗,近年来,国外对其化学合成研究较多,本文对其中五条具有工业化参考价值的合成路线进行评述。
Pantoprazole sodium is the third launched of the H^＋ -K^＋ -ATPase inhibitor in the world, which is mainly used for ulcer disease treatment.
