摘要
目的:改进黄芪含量测定方法,提高黄芪甲苷回收率,评价不同产地黄芪药材质量。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD对各种黄芪中的黄芪甲苷含量进行测定,并对其进行质量评价。结果:此方法回收率较高,各产地黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量差别较大。结论:山西、内蒙古、黑龙江、甘肃各省产地的药材含量较高,可考虑在此进行规范化种植,为优质黄芪药材种植选址提供重要参考。
Objective： To improve the method of measurement for content of radix astragali and estimate the quality of radix astragali of different producing area. Methods： Determining the content of astragaloside IV in radix astragali using HPLC - ELSD. Results： The method is excellent and there is a biggish dibersity in different producing area. Conclusion： Having biggish content in Shanxi, Neimeng, Gansu and Heilongjiang province and planting to improve the quality of radix astragali in these areas.
