摘要
以17β-雌二醇为模板,三氟甲基丙烯酸(TFMAA)作功能单体,三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂的17β-雌二醇TFMAA-co-TIRM分子印迹聚合物(MIP)已被制备.本文主要以HPLC为手段调查MIP的热力学特性,评价了四种甾醇化合物在识别过程中的焓(ΔH)、熵(ΔS*)和自由能(ΔG)的热力学参数的变化.结果发现MIP的选择性识别特性受到焓驱动,MIP对印迹分子和它的结构类似物的识别还依赖于具有与模板分子良好地吻合的三维孔穴.
Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP)have been synthesized using 17β -estradiol as template, 2 - (trifluoromethyl) acrylic acid (TFMAA) as functional monomer and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TRIM) as crosslinker by ultraviolet radiation (UV) method within a lower temperature range. This paper focused on the investigation of MIP thermodynamic index by HPLC system. Changes of thermodynamic index entropy (ΔH), enthalpy (ΔS^*) and Gibbs free energy (ΔG) in the process of imprinted separation were estimated. It was found that selective separation is enthalpy controlled. Further studies showed that the molecular recognition of imprinted molecules and their structure analogues also depend on how well the geometric cavity structures of MIP suite the structure of the imprinted molecules
