摘要
本文报道了核黄素(75 mg·d^(-1))对冠心病患者心功能的作用。结果表明,连续服药30天后,核黄素能显著改善心脏收缩和舒张功能,每搏输出量明显增加(P<0.05),其作用机制可能与核黄素改善心肌缺血、抗血小板聚集、降低血脂和抑制脂质过氧化作用有关。
The effects of riboflavin on the recovery of cardiac function in patients with coronary artery disease were reported. It was found that riboflavin was beneficial to systolic and diastolic function. Stroke volume was significantly increased after oral administration of riboflavin (75mg·d^(-1)) for 30 days. The acting mechanism of riboflavin may be related to improvement of myocardial ischemic conditions and anti-platelet aggregation and inhibiting lipid peroxidation and reduction of plasma lipids in patients with coronary artery disease.
