摘要
考察了妇宝喷鼻剂对妊娠期大鼠的药效特征。观察妇宝喷鼻剂对妊娠期雌鼠解热、镇痛体重变化以及对血液学指标的影响。结果表明妇宝喷鼻剂使高温妊娠雌鼠体温减低,减少妊娠大鼠疼痛反应次数,对高温妊娠雌鼠的血液学指标无明显的影响,对妊娠雌鼠的胎儿无明显致畸作用。妇宝喷鼻剂对妊娠期大鼠具有解热、镇痛作用,并无致畸作用。
To investigate the pharmacological effect of Fubao Nasal Spray on pregnancy rats. Effect of Fubao Nasal Spray on rats fever model made by 2,4-dinitropheny, effect on pain reaction induced by formalin on rats, and effect on hematology indexes were studied. It was shown that Fubao Nasal Spray could make the fever body temperature lower and decrease the reactions of rat to pain induced by formalin and significant effect to the next generation was not observed. Fubao Nasal Spray has the functions of defervescence, and has no teratogenic effect.
